Company Guidelines
First of all, we are very grateful to all buyers, companies and organizations for their trust and bulk customization of plush toys from us. At the same time, we also hope that in the cooperation, we will pay attention to the importance of intellectual property rights and social responsibility. Therefore, we will reject designs that do not meet the following guidelines. If the design is questioned, we will review the buyers, companies and organizations related to the design in accordance with the law and reserve the right to reject such designs.
Reasons for Rejecting Designs
We always respect design freedom and are happy to produce creative plush toys. However, we cannot accept the production of designs that imply violence and encourage crime. These include but are not limited to: designs that imply violent crimes (such as murder, kidnapping, and rape); designs that encourage drug use; designs that are discriminatory (such as discrimination based on race, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, etc.).
We hope that consumers can feel happy, warm and loved from the plush toys we produce. Therefore, we reject any designs that threaten human physical and mental health, such as encouraging self-harm, hunger strike or suicide. However, designs that encourage people to recover their physical health will be allowed.
Intellectual Property Statement
All content you submit on www.junouplush.com is only for business discussions. We do not collect any contact information and privacy, nor do we ask customers to remit money to any unknown website.
We attach great importance to the intellectual property rights of our customers. Customers’ designs are only used for production and are not shared with any suppliers and peers.
If the content submitted by customers contains elements of third parties or other copyrights, customers must submit the authorization agreement of the intellectual property owner to ensure that customers have the right to use these contents. Otherwise, we will not produce or resell customers’ designs to others.
Product Safety Assurance
We guarantee that all materials used in the production of plush toys are safe and meet testing standards, and we are happy to receive customers’ strict production and testing requirements.
At present, we have obtained multiple certifications: EN-71, ICTI, BSCI, GRS, FSC, ISO and Sedex, etc. In addition, we have successfully passed the audits of Walmart, Target, CVS and SCAN, fulfilling our commitment to excellence.
